Php Time of Day Script
This script is used to print a different heading based on what time of day it is. The script is also able to change timezones to adapt to your area. This script prints a different heading if it is between midnight and 5am, 5am till noon, and noon till midnight. You can customize the headings to be printed to fit your needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of PHP 4.x
